This lovely recipe was created by @afterunicooking. She used our Organico Red Pepper Spread for this super quick and yummy pasta dish.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Pasta of choice
2 small carrots
1 clove of garlic
1/2 chopped onion
1 Tsp. turmeric
1 Tsp. olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Chilli powder
2 Tbsp. Organico Roasted Pepper Dip
Few hazelnuts
Goat cheese
Micro greens
Instructions:
Grate up the carrots and add them to a pan or pot with the garlic, the onion and turmeric. Heat up the mixture with the olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and a little bit of chilli powder. When hot, add roasted pepper dip. Use two tbsp. of pasta water to thin up the sauce.When the pasta is al-dente, drain it and add to the sauce. In a small pan, roast the hazelnuts. Put the pasta onto a plate and top it off with the roasted nuts, goat cheese and micro greens. Enjoy.
