Let’s see how she made it:
✨ I fried red onion, mushrooms, cherry toms and kale in butter with salt and chilli flakes
✨ I warmed the pakora’s for a minute in the microwave
✨ served up the mixed veggies, topped with chunks of cheddar, then the pakoras and finally I drizzled the last of my vegan Organico Pesto“
