Ingredients:
250g white Bread Flour
250ml water
1tbsp olive Oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
10 Organico black olives, pitted
Method:
Sieve the flour into a bowl and add the salt, sugar and yeast.
Stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
Add the olives.
Make a little hole in the middle of the flour mix, and pour in the water and olive oil.
Mix until nice a dough like!
Pour some spare flour onto your kitchen counter, and knead the dough until it’s nice and airy and stretchy!
Put the dough ball into a bowl and cover with a tea towel. Leave for 45 mins.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees and add greaseproof paper to a baking tray.
Divide the dough up into balls and cook in the oven for 10 mins.
Take out and leave to cool.
