Carnaroli rice is known as the 'king of risotto.' famed for its good absorption with little loss of starch. This means the rice absorbs the flavour of the ingredients and liquids better, delivering consistently delicious results. Take the time to stir it slowly, and enjoy. Fabulously luxurious rice.

Put 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a deep pan and shallow fry onions and your choice of veg. Add the uncooked rice and stir. Slowly add water or bouillon, letting the rice expand and absorb the liquid. Cooking time 15-17 mins.
